Abstract: In traditional sense,fully-mechanized working equipment consist of Coal winning machine,Scraper conveyor,reproduced crusher,and hydraulic support.The machines are commonly known as“three machines and a support”.The machines of corollary equipment is a very important and complicated work on aspect of equipment selection.Especially in china, mining equipment manufacturing enterprises is the product of planned economy in history.Fully mechanized equipment is an organic whole.They were subjectively split into separate parts by Chinese companies.In result,this makes matching machines with difficulty and complicating equipment system.This paper puts forward a new train of thought is to redefine the mining equipment system.The purpose to change the face of coal mining equipment from the source of design thinking. A new system is built by the new process methods combined with automation technology.This complete new system is low power consumption,high automation, high safety and efficiency production for coal production system.
